Doctors Orders

Morgann is two months! She weighed in at 11 pounds 4 ounces, the fiftieth percentile, which is more than expected. The doctor she saw was a fill in to help out the over-burdened pediatric clinic. I couldn't help but think that the "doc" was cute in his bow-tie and shiny loafers, he was also probably older than my eldest Grandpa.

Two months also means time for immunizations. Grandpa Doc and I decided that we would not give her all the shots at once. Which makes for more office visits and stickers for the older two. They don't mind. They were proud of Morgann for not crying. (We'll report back if Mason doesn't cry at his shots in December. Because I have this feeling he's going to SCREAM. YELL. KICK HIS FEET. Maybe I should let E handle that one???Ok on with it...)

We didn't agree on the way that I put my baby to sleep. He suggested to me that if I always rock her in my arms to sleep, she'll always want that when she wakes up in the night. So I should get her drowsy and then lay her down to fall fast asleep. Like I don't know this. I have how many kids? Here's the catch...she's my baby. My final baby. He told me that he had a friend that had a final baby that was older than their youngest. So I let him know tomorrow the big daddy is getting a VASECTOMY! So really, this is it! And doctor, I'm going to baby my baby because one day she'll be a big girl. And less receptive to hats like this:
