Sometimes their similarities are appalling. Like today at the movie theater both girls had missing items. Both ate for the first fifteen minutes (
MaKenna shoveled in the popcorn like it was going to run away from her or something) and snoozed the remainder of Madagascar 2.
I should probably mention now that the missing item issue has more to do with the parents. We didn't have missing kids! But that dark movie theater made it easy to lose their personal belongings. Mostly when a little someone MUST take her shoes off each time she sits down. And the other little someone decided that the purple mushroom cap was just too warm. However, a quick flashlight search of our row found what we needed.
And an update on that hurting parent...he's just fine. Taking it a little slow this weekend, but really just fine. If I knew he wasn't going to hear me I'd say:
He's milking it a little bit, but that works. Remember I've had three opportunities to milk it. This is his one chance. So just relax and enjoy! Oh and watch out for kicking kids!
