For those of you who don't know I am currently in Texas at a training for work! I am loving my new job and so happy that I am at this training. I am learning tons of innovatives ideas!! I am also seeing a new place, Dallas.
What makes me sad is being away from my kids. I can honestly say that this is the first time I have ever left them, yes them, at home with Earl for more then one night. Any time I have left, Mason has always went to my parents house so it felt more like he was leaving me for a week not the other way around. And of course this is the first I have left MaKenna at all!
I know that they are in wonderful hands! E does such a great job with both of them. In fact I just got off the phone with him, he had fed and bathed MaKenna and she was in bed....Mason was taking a bath so I didn't get to talk with him. It is crazy how much you can miss seeing those beautiful faces. I love all three of them so much!
I am collecting some quotes from Mason as I am travelling, here is one of the first conversation I had with him...
M: "Mom make sure your plane is red"
S: "Why Mason"
M: "Because red planes land"
S: "OK...what do other planes do?"
M: "Blue planes don't land only red"
When I saw my plane I was slightly hesistant to get on it as it was red and blue...there are more of these conversations to come! 3 year olds are GREAT!
