If it's not one thing, it's been another,

practically all day and for that matter it feels more like this entire dispatch. I put on my facebook one day that this could possibly be the worst dispatch we've had, or something along those lines. And today hadn't even happened.

It started great. I went up to my in-laws to thoroughly clean my car out with their abnormally powerful shop-vac. A little picnic (because we finally have great weather) was planned. So we loaded the bikes and picked up some Subway sandwiches before we headed to Birnie Park.

Next came a fouryearold meltdown and for some reason still beyond my comprehension it ended with us leaving the park. Me telling Grandpa Ted that I HAVE to follow through because otherwise he laughs at me. Which does not feel good. So we left. And that was followed by 2 hours of all the kids sleeping peacefully at the same time.

Only to realize when they woke up that we had to head back up to the Grandparents house because Mason's antibiotic was up there and he was going to need it at 7pm. So I should grab it now so we could get home, get dinner and bathes and get to bed.

After running in to get the medicine and his overnight pack I discussed with Mason that he could stay up and play until 7pm, but then he must come home. I went back to the car in no more than 3 minutes. There sat Morgann content.

MaKenna however was in mid-puke. All over the car I just cleaned and why is she puking? So I stripped her down and drove home. Gave her a bath and rocked her to sleep. She woke up 15 minutes later puking some more. And the more water she drinks, the more comes up. We'll probably be in this vicious cycle the rest of the night.

While I was taking care of MaKenna, Morgann happily played on the floor. Rolling. Sitting. Laughing. CREEPING. I think she'll crawl sooner than I thought. So that's good. Plus I was finally able to use that sanitary cycle on my washer. That one that people told me I'd never use. I think I replied, it'll come in handy when puke happens. And it has so happened. Maybe a year and a half later, but it happened.

Our tantrum wasn't quite this bad, but this did make MaKenna giggle, just a little.
