And maybe you think she SHOULD be crawling.

The What to Expect the First Year tells us that she may possibly be able to. She may possibly also be able to stand holding on to someone or something. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This baby can sit and babble and turn her head when you call her name. She even can bear weight on her chunkified Jones legs and laugh hysterically like her mama. But she cannot crawl or creep. They say that babies who spend little time on their stomachs during playtime may reach this milestone later and that it is not cause for concern.

Since day one with Morgann I've been telling myself she's the baby. That I don't want to start chasing her yet. Worrying about her after I lay her down or think about biter biscuits and such too early. But she follows MaKenna, who did everything early. Including crawling and pulling herself up on things during her sixth month. I tend to skip over the possibly be able to and instantly think she SHOULD be doing those things. But I don't want her to do THOSE things. I don't want her to be a toddler, pre-schooler, kindergartner, I am in no rush here, people.
