What else have we been up to?

Mason completed another session of swim lessons. This round he actually started using his arms a little! His progress showed as he always had head dunking contests and did everything the group did without a single tear. He even floated and kicked on his own. Next lessons should be sometime in July.

A few weeks back we spent hours and hours on multiple days trimming shrubs. To be honest, they are still huge but less massive. The girls on those days spent time playing outside and digging. Making mudpies and bird nests. Morgann is a lover of the outdoors. And although MaKenna spends time out there, she doesn't get nearly as down and dirty as her brother and sister.

And lastly, Mason started t-ball. He plays for Grande Ronde Retirement Residence. So far he has learned to form a really good batting line and run the bases. As for the rest of the game, his team is picking it up. Slowly. Most of the time the kids just run for the ball, no matter where they are on the field and whoever gets it stands up and jumps up and down with it. I guess that is better then picking flowers. Mason's favorite position to play is pitcher, since that is where the majority of the "action" is. Nobody is hitting it to the outfield just yet.
We have a few more weeks of t-ball left. In fact tonight he has a game that should NOT get rained/stormed out! YAY!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you Grandpa Ted for letting us use your laptop. We are updating our blog and researching our much anticipated laptop purchase. I am leaning towards an HP, but would love to hear what you have and like.
