Speaking of the Collins Family, here they are. Their kids are growing so quickly. I had to chuckle as I listened to Jennifer and Tanner talk about diaper duty. I completely remember the days of changing something like 15 diapers per day. And even if I don't miss it, I kind of miss having a baby around. Morgann is so not a baby anymore. Her and Irelyn are buds. She is establishing her own friendships, ok. So not that old. But finally her and her cousin get along. And PLAY WELL TOGETHER!
I am leaving Earl tomorrow morning at 4AM. He will be caring for all three children for the first time. Home Alone! Yikes. I know he is going to do just fine. I only wish his evenings would be clear, but tball is still happening every Tuesday and Thursday evening. If I would have been thinking, I would have made some meals for the freezer. I wasn' t thinking. Clearly, I am not concerned, this dad/hubby of mine is amazing. I'll bet you he won't even complain. Not one word of it.
Since we have been missing, MaKenna also turned 1, 2, 3! Three years old. Crazy. And she is a three year old with the attitude. Cute attitude, but nonetheless attitude. I love her. Her party was pure princess. Including a Princess Bounce House. Let me tell you, the girl was living in a fairy tale that day. She played the part quite well.
We do have a new laptop on the way, again. Finally. I knew I'd order one I didn't care for and then have to return and now only to be waiting for FedEx again. It should get here on...tomorrow. But since I am gone, I just might have to wait until my return from my trip to Boston to post all the pictures I want to share.
I am heading to Boston for work. But really, who am I kidding, I can't wait to go. I've never been. An added bonus, my cousin lives in Conneticut and will be coming on Friday night to visit me. I am really happy I get to see her. The West Coast misses the Whyte's.
Ramble Ramble...Can someone slow LITTE MISS INDEPENDENT d-o-w-n. Puhlease? Our little Morganna is on a mission and refuses to take no for an answer. However we do take that answer and quite frequently. Besides yaaaahhhh, it's one of her favorite replies. I wish she would just let me baby her a little bit longer.
Dare I mention that I think I found the perfect dog for our family? Probably shouldn't because, well you all know what happened to our last dog. He lives in Western Washington on a farm, happily ever not in the Miller Household. I think a Basset Hound would feel different about our backyard. Probably not.
