Not For Sale

At least for now, we have decided to stay put, right here, in our cozy ranch style home. The for sale sign that was to be put in the yard fell through. Not that we weren't interested in the house up on Foley Street, we were. We just couldn't come to an agreement with the sellers.

And to be honest, I like things the way they are. Finally we have new windows and trim downstairs and doors with dead bolts and the list could go on. Neither of us are really ready to start fresh with another fixer upper. Instead we'll hang out. And enjoy the extra cash at the end of each month. And the savings that can finally start to stock pile again. Right after I figure out what color to paint, and then, paint these doors.
