Mason is already close to graduation from speech therapy! He mostly just needs to work on "s" blends in the beginnings of words, such as "skunk" and "stop."
I will be contacting you during the next month or two to set up a time to meet for permission to re-evaluate Mason for the purpose of determining whether or not he continues to need speech help.

How cool is that letter? At our first appointment, Mr. Evans (an old neighbor of mine from my college days), said it could be around two full years of therapy and at least a year in length. And, yes Mason was apprehensive.
Funny. I read the letter to Mason and he asked what that meant. I said you might not have to go to see Mr. Evans anymore. Mason replied, "he's my best friend. I like him."
Then he ran off and read MaKenna a book. For real!
