Earl is no longer on the boards to leave the local area. He left. Off to the Sisters, Oregon area. I cannot remember the name of the fire. I was too busy blocking the news. Mason was busy crying and MaKenna just giving that look. He has had a busy summer. June and July he was in California. The past two weeks he has either worked past bedtime because of lightning or has been spiked out somewhere. Now, 14 days out, with a day or two for travel time puts him home right around September 6. If all calculations are right, it should work out perfect!
To fulfill our time we'll be busy with Mason. Next week he has soccer camp and open house for school, which starts the following week. For today he's just excited over his new backpack! Me too. I just might have to occasionally borrow this one for carrying all the diapers. Maybe even tonight when we walk down to the first ever Crossing the Blues Festival in La Grande.
