Why not?
- Love Cake. Love it. I would have a piece of cake, any kind, any day of the week over a bowl of ice cream.
- Pregnancy is completely over-rated. I know this because I have been pregnant for the majority of the past two years. And will be until September. I never want to do this again. In October my husband and I are both taking care of our fertility issues.
- I secretly spend way too much money per month at drive-thru coffee shops.
- I make a budget at the first of each month for no real reason. I cannot follow a budget.
- My green thumb is improving. I actually enjoy pulling weeds out of our flower beds in the backyard. What I love more is when all my hard work is in full bloom. Think burgundy big, huge peony's right now.
- I have no birth plan for this baby and didn't for my other two. Winging it has worked so well. There is one exception to this, I plan on camping out in the hospital parking lot starting September 10th due to fear of having a baby in the car. And yes, I do realize that I only live 6 blocks from the hospital, but we hardly made it there in time with MJ.
- My favorite color is yellow and has been since I was in the 5th grade. My passion for the color started when my mom painted one wall in my room yellow and bought me the fiesta bedding set. Which she still has and uses for camping. And I still love.
- I used to make monthly trips to somewhere just so I could check out the latest in Target, Pier One, and Old Navy. I have learned that shopping online is SUPER fun and do that instead. Especially now that my car is a super-gas-guzzler.
- I hate my current hair cut but can't bitch about it because "he told me not to do it." Not complaining has been terribly hard because it is not getting any better. Due to the curliness of my hair, it takes double time to grow--prenatals and all. Maybe by the end of fall I will be able to sport a little pony.
- I couldn't imagine my world without my sister. She means so much to me. With that in mind, I am so happy that Megan is a girl. It makes me smile knowing that one day MaKenna will have a sister to share all of her happiness and sorrow with. A best friend. Just as I have.
