Color in the Hiz-ouse

I love color. All color. I really want to plant my annuals around the outside, right now. Anything to get rid of that white snow. Last year I had my own personal lesson. Don't plant anything before May. We had stunted impatiens all summer. Marigolds that only grew to half of their potential. And no tomatoes. It irritated me all summer long.

Coming inside you might find a different story. We painted the downstairs. Colorful. The family area is called Ancient Copper and Toasted Caramel. We also threw in a little Applesauce and Alabaster. Mason's new room is going to be Prussian Blue. He can't wait to get out of the Golden Sunshine and Glowing Orange his current room is painted. And if Tres is a girl we will be painting MaKenna's room Bleeding Heart. If Tres is a boy it will stay Sunshine. That's fine. We'll take the Sunshine when/where we can get it.

Please disregard the unfinished buziness. You know, the corners and such.

And since what you really want are pictures of my sweet children. I added that, too. Of course not from today. Try Thursday. It was our only beautiful day this week. Lucky us we spent from 12:30 to 6:00 outside. Nonstop.
